Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie Poster Competition

I spent a fun Saturday morning out in London with the UK Pastry Team photographing their competition poster for Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie 2015. After winning best poster last year the stakes were high!

Running in this years team is:

Team President – Martin Chiffers – Executive Pastry Chef, Patissier – Chocolatier Brand Owner “Chiffers” Mitsokoshi Ginza Tokyo.

Team Captain – Barry Johnson, Head Chocolatier, Rococo Chocolates

Candidate 1 – Javier Mercado, Pâtisserie Teaching Chef , Le Cordon Bleu

Candidate 2 – Andrew Blas, Executive Pastry Chef, Cafe Royal
