Food, Vodka & Menus of the Future
I’m sure you have heard of food being paired with carefully selected fine wines before, London’s Covent Garden brings diners something different at Little Water by pairing food with infused vodkas!
One of the most interesting photo shoots I worked on last month was this one, not only does this independent restaurant produce great burgers, alongside their sophisticated starters and sharing boards, they also produce their own in house infused vodkas. Fine vodkas are flavoured with herbs, fruit, chocolate and coffee designed to compliment various dishes on the menu.

As if that wasn’t interesting enough, they just installed a fantastic new digital at the table ordering system provided by MagicTab. Tablet devices providing the complete menu illustrated with mouthwatering pictures, courtesy of Rhowena MacCuish at Scrumptious Food Photography, allow customers to easily order drinks and food the moment they decide they want them and pay their bill at the end. This “menu of the future” which has already been a success in America, is fantastic for both the restaurant and the diners, by cutting waiting times and increasing spending.
